My book was written in the late 1960's because the scene, the things around it. Like foe example the lack of technology they have and some of the things they do. I believe people will read this book 10 15 years from now because of how great it is. It doesn't start off that good but as you continue to read it gets more and more interesting. I would take this book as aproduct of it's time. It tell you what was happening back then and how couples were spentinng time together. This book could as be written to morden times. The reason I think this is because I can & other people can relate to the event that occur between the couple, the town, hangout spots and something bad happening. Overall this book by far is good to read I would recommend it for young people in love to read. Now put your in that postion and how would you react in that place? I am responsing to the third bullet in settings.

What would I do if that was me in that time with little technology? I would make use of what is around me. Just because there is little technology doesn't mean I have to be helpless. Me I would find something else to do with what I have. We live in a time with a new thing everyday. There isn't just one thing that we have to have or do. Technology has put an impact in my life. Learning new things everyday, then you got the people from years ago who still using stuff from their time and not up grading to the present year.
I think I would live horribly. No technology,small population,Little town. I dont think I could do it at all.With the way I live now I couldnt see myself without my phone tv or radio. Those things even help me sleep at nite. A life without technology is crazy
Indeed. I'd have to spend my life doing productive things. Man, that would be horrible.
